My role demanded global operational leadership, managing complex manufacturing logistics in Dongguan, China, and driving a highly successful Kickstarter campaign that generated over $100,000 in pre-sales. This tenure honed a mastery of adaptability, cross-continental management, and the rigorous demands of bringing a physical tech product to market.
