Drawing upon a deep-seated engagement with the family property enterprise, I spearheaded the comprehensive digital transformation of BOÖ-Bolagen AB. I designed and deployed a bespoke tenant management ecosystem alongside a modern, user-centric frontend interface. This strategic initiative optimised operational efficiency across a portfolio of 500 residential units, delivering measurable improvements in revenue generation, cost containment, and cash flow management.
